Excellent staff members, great value for money and new-fashioned rooms with toilet with mould, three beds, as example. Tea, toast and jam in the morning. Perfect, decent location in the secure area.

Our room was a great deal, offering three comfy beds and a spacious shower🚿. the location of this place was super convenient as you could easily stroll to both a night market and a regular market nearby.

The breakfast here was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and toast served.

I had an amazing stay at Golden Moon Diamond. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the warm welcome to their assistance in planning my motorbike trip. The rooms were clean and great value for money. Quang, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my trip and even followed up to see if I made it safely. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the bridge and within walking distance to the market and old quarter. it was conveniently located near the Night Market. the room was comfortable and spacious, with a large bed and a shower area with a glass door to keep the rest of the bathroom dry. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations and providing a warm introduction to the city.

The hotel staff seemed more interested in selling us something than providing good service.

This hotel is super close to the night market and just in the Old Quarter, making it a perfect location for exploring Hanoi. the rooms are spacious, clean, and come with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast options are varied, including delicious club sandwiches and omelets.

The bathroom in some rooms may not be up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Staff provides information about Hanoi and plans day trips. Good price for a tour to Halong Bay. Big and clean rooms. Able to store luggage after check out. Great value for money.
